What days and times do you open?

We are open 7 days a week. Our opening hours can be seen below. We also have earlier and later appointments available on request.

Mon – Wed : 9.30am – 6pm
Thurs & Fri: 9am – 8pm
Saturday: 9am – 5.30pm
Sunday: 12 – 6pm

Do you have any colour that is ammonia free?

Yes, we have the L’Oréal INOA ammonia free colour.

Do I need patch tested?

Yes you do need a patch test 48 hours prior to your treatment for any of the following: Colouring, Waxing, Tinting, YUMI lashes and the Pro Power Peel.

What skincare brand do you use & retail?

We use and retail Dermalogica in the salon.

What professional brands do you use in the salon?

We use a range of professional brands including L’Oréal, Kerastase, Dermalogica, Vita Liberata and Moroccanoil.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes. We require 24 hours notice of cancellation. If it is under the 24 hours notice we charge 50% of the treatments cost. If the client fails to show up, we require 100% cost of the treatment.

Can I book online?

Yes you can book online. You can click the book online tab on the top of our website, or alternatively if you are on our facebook page there is also a book online tab there.

Do you have an app?

We do, you can find it in your app store under ‘Turlough hair and beauty’, available for iphones and androids.
